Shellac Romantique

I tried shellac for the first time last night, so far I like it but I don't think the colour suits my skin tone.

Wore my hair out today for the first time in ages. My little one likes to grab fistfuls so it's usually easier to wear it in a high bun. Even used my curling iron that was gathering dust.

These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things

Currently loving at the moment...

This table runner and stone pieces on our new outdoor table.

Dry shampoo. Obviously I'm the last person on earth to try this! I just for some reason thought it wouldn't work, but it does!

This stuff is gross and sticky and streaky when applied, but once it develops it's the best even colour and tan!

Having a bit of a chillax on our back deck while one boy is sleeping and the other playing on the trampoline.

OPI Rainbow Connection. Still love this.

I'm a big fan of sparkling water, loving these new bottle designs.

Doing a huge wardrobe cull and rediscovering things I forgot I had. Score!

When I first applied this colour I thought I was going to have a tonne of trouble with it, the first layer was super sheer. I thought it would be at least 5 coats to make opaque. But in 3 coats it had a fabulous coverage. While I would prefer it to be 2 coats only, I'm realistic that it's a $2 nail polish! I love love love the colour! I can't stop staring at my nails!
